IRS CP92 Notice

CP92: This letter informs you that the IRS has already taken action and levied your state tax return toward what you owe. You have the right to a hearing if you wish to dispute the levy. Enclosed with this letter you should have form 12153. You may complete that and mail it back if you wish to have a hearing to dispute the levy the IRS has placed on you. If said levy hasn’t completely paid off what you owe, the IRS can still take from your wages, bank account, home, car and even your Social Security benefits, should you have any.
